MANAGEMENT TEAM

• Asamu O. Isaq – He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan in 1984 and was Elected into the Nigerian Society of Engineers in 1988. He is also a member of Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria. He was the former Managing Director of Intercontinental Properties Limited. He had the privilege of working as a Senior Engineer with Unilever and John Holts. He has attended many courses on Management Training Programmes both home and abroad. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

• Baba Abdulrahman. A – He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin in 1991 and M.Sc. in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2004. He has years of experience in the Banking industry. He is presently the General Manager, Operations.

• Stella Ebam – She is the Marketing/Sales Manager. She holds a B.Tech. Degree in Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Minna in 2002 and M.Sc. in Facilities Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2010. She is a Registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors & Valuers 2005 and Institute of Project Management 2008. Before joining the Management team of Access-Links Property Company Limited, Mrs. Stella Ebam worked with 2Culture Resources Limited as head of properties sales unit.

• Olasunkanmi Alade – He is the Project Manager, Services. Mr. Alade holds a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Lagos State Polytechnic in 2004 and Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from Lagos State University in 2010. Mr. Olasunkanmi Alade has worked with Owens & Associates as Project Site Supervisor before joining the Company.

• Babawande Ismail – He holds National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accountancy both from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti (2002 to 2006). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Before joining the Management Team of Access-Links Property Company Limited, Mr. Babawande Ismail worked with Access Bank Plc., Tetrazzini Foods Limited and Karflex Investment Limited. He is presently the Head of Accounts.

• Sunday Kambai – He is the Head, Admin/Human Resources. He holds National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration & Management from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State Lagos State Polytechnic (2006 to 2012), Diploma in Desktop Publishing 2003. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) 2013. Before joining the Management Team of Access-Links Property Company Limited, Mr. Sunday Kambai worked with Discovery Solution Limited and Centre for Law and Development Studies.

• ENGINEER ADEMOLA ASAMU- He holds a bachelor’s degree of mechanical engineering from kwame Nkrumah university of science and technology Ghana with a second class upper, he also did his msc at heriot watt university institute of petroleum engineering, Edinburgh and he also have work with various company both home and abroad.

• ASAMU ADEBARE QUDUS –He holds a bachelors degree of mechanical engineering from kwame Nkrumah university of science and technology Ghana with second class upper, and he also had various work experience with competent companies like Nissan auto parts ltd. Ghana, access links property company ltd.

4. Victoria Garden Estate, Abuja. Contract work for Intercontinental Properties Ltd. a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank Plc.
5. TSPC Nursery/Primary/Secondary buildings (Ibadan). Contract work for The Selected Preparatory Career College.
6. Grandview Estate, Abuja (Construction 26 Units of terrace duplex for Access-Links, own project)
